The 16" intermediate filter 2-pack is the most important consumable for managing filter costs on Enviromaster P-series vacuums running in high-particulate environments. Installed as a pre-filter stage ahead of the HEPA, each intermediate filter catches the bulk of coarse-to-medium particulate before it loads the HEPA media — extending HEPA service intervals and reducing the frequency of expensive HEPA filter replacements. Compatible with Enviromaster P-series (5, 7, 9, and 15-gallon) and Mastercraft vacuum models using the 16-inch filter housing. On active remediation sites, plan to replace intermediate filters daily and HEPA filters per suction-loss detection or weekly — this ratio keeps compliance intact while controlling consumable spend across long-duration projects.

Mastercraft® accessories are sized by inlet diameter. Most Enviromaster® and SootMaster® vacuums use 1.5" fittings; the Probe 10 Backpack uses 1.25" fittings. Mastercraft® accessories are designed for use with Mastercraft® and Enviromaster® vacuums. While standard-sized fittings may physically fit other brands, Mastercraft® cannot guarantee performance or airtight seal integrity with third-party equipment. For OSHA-regulated work, any accessory that compromises the sealed filtration path will affect compliance.
Crush-proof vinyl hoses maintain their shape and internal diameter even when kinked, stepped on, or run over by equipment. On active job sites — especially remediation, restoration, and industrial environments — this prevents suction loss and motor stress caused by collapsed hoses. Standard hoses are lighter and lower cost, suited for controlled, low-traffic environments.

Mastercraft® accessories are covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
