Dealer Program — Independent Safety & Industrial Distributors

Your Compliance Customers Already Know This Name

Every abatement contractor, EHS manager, and facility-safety buyer on your card who needs HEPA-rated vacuum equipment is asking for a brand you may not yet carry.
Mastercraft USA manufactures HEPA abatement vacuums, air-powered vacuums with no electric motor, high-volume drum recovery systems, and purpose-built specialty vacuums — the full compliance range from lead and asbestos abatement through combustible-dust environments and liquid extraction. Your customers in abatement, mold and biohazard remediation, restoration, and industrial EHS are specifying this equipment for OSHA audits right now. Regulatory tightening on silica, lead, and combustible-dust exposure has accelerated that demand; carrying the Mastercraft® line means you are the answer when the job cannot wait for a new vendor relationship. If Mastercraft has been on your shelf before, this is an invitation to pick the line back up on current program terms. If you know the name but have never been invited to carry it, this is that invitation.

A Line Built to Still Be Here When the Next Regulation Drops

Mastercraft USA has manufactured commercial and industrial vacuums in the United States since 1946 — long enough that a generation of abatement and safety contractors grew up specifying the brand, and long enough that a second generation inherited those specs. The company has sold through distribution for decades, which means the channel is not an experiment here: dealer margin, deal registration, and partner support are built into how this business operates, not added as an afterthought when direct slows down. When your customer calls for a warranty repair or a replacement filter in year four of ownership, the manufacturer is still here, still building the machine, still stocking the part.

From HEPA abatement and air-powered vacuums with no electric motor through bulk drum recovery, ash, liquid extraction, and general facility maintenance, this range slots into the industrial and safety side of your existing card without overlap.
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Critical HEPA Dry Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Critical HEPA Dry Vacuum
A sealed-system HEPA dry vacuum carrying an INFILTRATOR® Type A HEPA filter rated 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns by the Hot DOP method. Sealed construction means no bypass leakage during operation — the detail your abatement customers need confirmed before a bid goes in. Built for lead, asbestos and silica dry abatement, where the inspection record starts with the equipment spec sheet.
Who buys itLead, asbestos, and silica abatement contractors; industrial EHS teams managing OSHA PEL compliance; remediation firms whose customers require documented equipment specifications
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Critical HEPA Wet/Dry Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Critical HEPA Wet/Dry Vacuum
A wet/dry HEPA vacuum sealed from pickup to filter, carrying an INFILTRATOR® Type A HEPA filter rated 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns by the Hot DOP method, built for slurry recovery, chemical stripping waste and wet mould remediation. Where the work produces a liquid hazard alongside a particulate one, this machine handles both without a second unit on site.
Who buys itMold and biohazard remediation contractors, chemical stripping and surface-prep crews, abatement firms dealing with wet lead or asbestos-containing material, industrial EHS teams managing wet hazardous waste
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Pneumatic HEPA Backpack Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER Pneumatic HEPA Backpack Vacuum
An air-powered 4-gallon stainless-steel backpack vacuum with no electric motor — a DRY machine, built for lead, asbestos, mould, ceramic dust and fibreglass recovery, and it converts from backpack to floor vacuum so one unit covers the high-access work and the floor beneath it. Four-stage dry filtration runs a disposable filter bag, cloth filter and pre-filters ahead of an INFILTRATOR® Type A HEPA filter rated 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns by the Hot DOP method. 170 CFM through a stainless recovery tank, with an on/off valve for running dust-producing power tools off the same unit.
Who buys itMulti-storey and high-access abatement crews, remediation contractors working confined or restricted spaces, and renovation and restoration teams where a floor-standing unit cannot follow the operator
MASTERCRAFT® Wide Area Vacuum for Hard Floors and Carpet
MASTERCRAFT® Wide Area Vacuum for Hard Floors and Carpet
A wide-path dry vacuum that covers large hard-floor and carpeted areas in a single pass, built for the square footage a facility crew has to clear on a shift rather than for a room at a time. The corded SV280P carries the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval at the Gold level; a cordless configuration is also available where a power drop is the constraint. Dry soil removal only — no water, no chemicals.
Who buys itFacility services contractors, school and institutional maintenance departments, hospitality and venue housekeeping teams, warehouse and distribution operations, and any account clearing large floor areas on a routine schedule
MASTERCRAFT® Drum Vacuum Adaptor System (55-Gallon)
MASTERCRAFT® Drum Vacuum Adaptor System (55-Gallon)
A vacuum head that mounts on a standard open-head 55-gallon drum, making the drum itself the collection vessel — 55 gallons between changes instead of 15, with recovery going straight into the disposal container and the loaded drum leaving on a dolly without decanting. THIS IS THE LINE THAT CONFIGURES, and the SKU names the configuration: a bare SKU is dry pick-up, a WD suffix is wet/dry, and a DAF suffix is HEPA dry — carrying an INFILTRATOR® Type A HEPA filter rated 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns by the Hot DOP method behind an INFILTRATOR® intermediate filter at 95% at 0.3 microns. Drive is named in the SKU too: DA1512 is the electric head, DA MAV16 the air-powered one with no electric motor. Sold as a system — present the adaptor, the pick-up kit matched to the material, and the Heavy-Duty 55-Gallon Drum Dolly together; the adaptor without a way to move the loaded drum is an incomplete answer.
Who buys itBulk-recovery operations in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, mining, power generation, oil and gas, chemical processing, cement and aggregate plants, and any facility whose electrical requirements govern how equipment is selected — abatement and remediation contractors recovering directly into a disposal drum
MASTERCRAFT® Pneumatic Compressed Air Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® Pneumatic Compressed Air Vacuum
A compressed-air vacuum with no electric motor. It runs entirely on facility compressed air — no cord, no motor winding, nothing to plug in. Where your customer’s own safety authority has ruled out electrically powered equipment, this is the machine that meets the requirement without asking them to give up recovery performance to do it.
Who buys itChemical and pharmaceutical processing, grain elevators and agricultural processing, oil and gas and petrochemical operations, power generation, mining, and any facility whose electrical requirements govern how equipment is selected
MASTERCRAFT® Pump-Out Flood Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® Pump-Out Flood Vacuum
A high-volume liquid extraction vacuum built for one job: moving water. Spill recovery, waste-water collection, and standing-water removal from a facility after a pipe breach or weather event — the machine transfers liquid out at high volume and keeps the floor clear. Equally useful as a kept-on-site response unit (a burst-pipe event does not wait for a rental to arrive) and as a post-event recovery tool working through the days after a flooding incident. No filtration claim, no drying claim — it moves liquid.
Who buys itFacility maintenance teams and building managers who need an on-site response unit; industrial spill-response programs; contractors managing water-damage response and standing-water removal
MASTERCRAFT® SOOTMASTER® Ash & Soot Vacuum
MASTERCRAFT® SOOTMASTER® Ash & Soot Vacuum
A purpose-built sub-micron dry ash and soot vacuum for fire and soot cleanup, chimney service, furnace and boiler maintenance, and crematory work — environments where fine, dry, high-density particulate needs a machine designed for the material rather than a general-purpose unit adapted to it. Available as the SOOTMASTER® 641M and 652M with matching kit configurations.
Who buys itFire and soot restoration contractors, chimney service companies, commercial furnace and boiler maintenance teams, crematory operators, and waste-to-energy and incinerator ash-handling crews
MASTERCRAFT® INFILTRATOR® TYPE A HEPA 99.97% Efficiency @ .3µm Filters
MASTERCRAFT® INFILTRATOR® TYPE A HEPA 99.97% Efficiency @ .3µm Filters
The INFILTRATOR® Type A HEPA filter — rated 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns by the Hot DOP method — is the stage the whole compliance spec rests on, and it is the part your customer is audited against. Available across the cartridge sizes the MASTERCRAFT® ENVIROMASTER machines, backpacks and DAF drum adaptors take, so one shelf position covers the fleet an account already runs.
Who buys itLead, asbestos and silica abatement contractors, mould and biohazard remediation firms, and industrial EHS teams whose equipment specification has to hold between service intervals
MASTERCRAFT® INFILTRATOR® HEPA Filter Bags 95% Efficiency @ .3µm
MASTERCRAFT® INFILTRATOR® HEPA Filter Bags 95% Efficiency @ .3µm
INFILTRATOR® filter bags and media, rated 95% efficiency at 0.3 microns — the first line of defence ahead of the Type A HEPA stage, catching the bulk of the load so the HEPA filter lasts. This is the repeat-purchase engine of the line: every machine in the field is a standing order, and stocking genuine media keeps your customer’s spec unbroken between changes.
Who buys itEvery existing MASTERCRAFT® owner on your card — abatement contractors, EHS facilities teams and remediation firms running machines already in service
MASTERCRAFT® Replacement Parts & Accessories
MASTERCRAFT® Replacement Parts & Accessories
Motors, hoses, wands, floor and crevice tools, filter frames, cages and connectors — the wear items and attachments that keep a machine earning. These are the counter sales that bring a customer back between capital purchases, and the reason an account stays yours after the machine is sold.
Who buys itService and maintenance teams, in-house facility crews and any contractor keeping an existing fleet running rather than replacing it

The Economics of Carrying It — Straightforward by Design

The 2026 Mastercraft® Non-Exclusive Authorized Reseller and Distribution Program runs three published tiers: Registered Reseller at 20% off published pricing (the right starting point for most new partners — a $5,000 opening order and a valid reseller certificate is all it takes to begin), Authorized Distributor at 30% off for partners reaching $50,000 in annual purchases, and Premier Distributor at 35% off for partners at $100,000 annually. On top of the tier discount, every participant is eligible for the Annual Growth Rebate — a purchase-credit rebate of 2–5% on net sales growth above the greater of your tier minimum or prior-year baseline, credited to your account in Q1 each year. Tier progression is automatic: hit the volume threshold, receive written confirmation within 30 days, and the new discount applies — prorated mid-year if you cross the line before January.
Published Tier Ladder — No Surprises
Three tiers, published in writing: 20% at Registered Reseller, 30% at Authorized Distributor, 35% at Premier. Every participant receives a written annual purchase summary, an AGR credit statement, and tier confirmation in Q1 — and may request a mid-year summary at any time.
Low-Friction Entry Point
A $5,000 opening order and a valid reseller certificate starts the relationship at the Registered Reseller tier. You do not need to commit to a larger volume to begin stocking and selling — growth into the higher tiers happens automatically as your sales volume reaches the published thresholds.
Annual Growth Rebate — Credited to Your Account
The AGR is a purchase-credit rebate of 2–5% (2–4.5% at Premier tier) earned on net sales growth above your baseline. It is issued as an account credit in Q1 of the following year, valid for 12 months on Mastercraft®-branded products. It rewards growth — the more the line moves on your card, the larger the credit that comes back.
Downgrade Protection in Writing
Downward tier reclassification never happens without 60 days written notice. If you are approaching Premier volume, Mastercraft® may open Strategic Partner discussions at $200,000–$300,000 annually — including co-branding and preferred pricing conversations. A Private Label manufacturing program exists at a $500,000 annual commitment.

We Build the Demand. You Close It.

Most manufacturers hand a dealer a catalog, a price sheet and good luck. Mastercraft has been building this equipment since 1946, and over 100,000 contractors and facilities run it. Abatement and lead crews, mold and biohazard remediation, restoration and disaster recovery, chimney and duct services, concrete and surface prep, industrial and plant EHS, and the government, municipal, healthcare, education and institutional facilities all of them work inside. Those are accounts where cleaning carries real consequence, and where the wrong equipment shows up in an audit finding rather than a complaint. That reputation pulls demand through. We run an outbound platform to find it: abatement contractors, EHS managers and facility-safety buyers, identified by name, territory and application. What it finds goes to the partners who carry the line.
Your people sell it the way we sell it. We hand over the same positioning we use ourselves: which application drives which specification, and what the buyer is really deciding when they choose. Field reps get named accounts to walk into with the application already identified. Inside sales gets the answer when the phone rings. Sell online and you get the product content, images and specification data to build the listings and transact. Register an account you are working and it stays yours while you work it. You get a real person here too, not a ticket queue. How much of the platform points at your territory depends on how far you take the line.
You arrive with the answer instead of waiting for the question. That is what it looks like to carry a line whose manufacturer is out in the field generating the work with you.

Deal Registration — Your Account, Your Margin
Register the account you are working. While you are on it, it is yours to close, and the margin you quoted is the margin you keep.
Your Field Reps Walk In BriefedAuthorized +
We tell you which accounts in your territory are buying, what the application is, and who inside the building is deciding. Your rep goes in holding that instead of going in cold. For a distributor running outside sales, this is where the platform earns its keep.
Answers When The Phone RingsPremier
Inside sales gets the specification language a compliance buyer recognises, and straight answers to the questions those buyers actually ask. Premier Distributors also get dedicated product training and technical support direct from Mastercraft.
Ready To Sell Online, Not Only In Person
Partners running a storefront get product content, images and specification data they can deploy and transact against. You are not rebuilding the line from scratch to get it listed.
We Back The Equipment You Sell
Mastercraft manufactures the machine and stocks genuine replacement parts. A warranty issue or a filter replacement comes back to us. Your customer is not chasing a third party, and neither are you.
A Non-Exclusive Program That Holds Its Value
You are not locked out of other lines. We do manage how many authorized partners operate in a market, so the line keeps its value for the distributors who stock and promote it. It is worth the shelf space because the shop down the street is not giving it away.

What You Get Behind The Line

The support that decides whether a line is worth stocking — not the brochure version, the operational one.
Built to the Standard for 25+ Years — Form and Function
Twenty-five years building to OSHA and critical-filtration compliance standards. The equipment is designed — in form and in function — to audit-ready specification: HEPA efficiency, filtration method, sealed-system construction. Your customer is specifying a machine that was built for the standard rather than adapted to it, and the spec sheet says so.
Dedicated Technical Support at Premier Tier
Premier Distributors receive dedicated product training and technical support. When a bid requires a spec conversation your team needs to lead with confidence, that support is available to you — not just to the end customer who calls us directly.
Genuine Parts Stocking Support
Consumables orders of $250 or more qualify for discount pricing at the Registered Reseller tier and above. Stocking genuine filters, bags, and replacement parts gives your counter recurring revenue on every machine already in the field.
US-Manufactured — Traceable and Supportable
Every machine is manufactured in the United States. That means lead times you can plan around, parts that do not disappear from supply chains mid-season, and a manufacturer your customers can call when they need to trace a compliance question back to the source.
Early Access to New Product Launches — Premier Tier
Premier Distributors receive early access to new product launches. When a regulatory update creates a new equipment category or a product is updated to meet a new standard, Premier partners have the line card before the general market does.
Priority Production Scheduling — Premier Tier
Premier Distributors receive priority production scheduling, which matters when a large abatement project goes into bid and your customer needs a confirmed ship date as part of the award. Being a Premier partner means your order is not in the general queue.

How Onboarding Works

1
Submit the Dealer Inquiry Form
Complete the form on this page with your company name, purchasing volume, and the markets you serve. Your inquiry goes directly to a Mastercraft® channel representative — not a generic inbox. We will follow up with the full 2026 Reseller Program document and confirm which markets you cover.
2
Review the Program and Place Your Opening Order
Once you have the program document, your representative will walk through the tier structure, the line card, and the stocking conversation for the applications your customers are actively buying. A $5,000 opening order and a valid reseller certificate activates your Registered Reseller account at 20% off published pricing. No long-term volume commitment is required to start.
3
Stock, Sell, and Grow Into the Program
Your account is live, your discount is active, and your representative is the resource for technical questions and deal registration. Tier progression is automatic — hit $50,000 in annual purchases and Authorized Distributor status activates within 30 days with written confirmation. Hit $100,000 and Premier applies the same way. The Annual Growth Rebate tracks from your first full year as a credited purchase incentive on every dollar of growth above your baseline.

Dealer Questions

What are the minimums to get started — do I need to commit to a large stocking position to open an account?

No. The Registered Reseller tier requires a $5,000 opening order and a valid reseller certificate. That is the entry point — no annual stocking commitment beyond the $10,000 minimum annual purchases required to maintain Registered Reseller pricing. Accounts that fall below $10,000 in a year purchase at published website pricing; there is no penalty beyond that, and the account remains open. If you are approaching $50,000 in annual volume, your tier automatically upgrades to Authorized Distributor (30% off) within 30 days of crossing the threshold, with written confirmation.

Is this an exclusive territory arrangement, and how does Mastercraft® manage the market so I am not competing with a partner across the street?

The program is non-exclusive, which means you are not locked out of other product lines and Mastercraft® is not locked out of authorizing additional partners. What Mastercraft® does manage is authorized partner density — the line is not distributed so broadly that it loses margin value for the partners who stock and promote it. Your representative can speak to the current partner landscape in your specific markets before you make a stocking commitment.

Does Mastercraft® drop-ship to my customers, and if so, does that create a pricing problem at my accounts?

Drop-ship availability is a conversation with your Mastercraft® channel representative — the program structure and logistics terms are covered in the full 2026 program document, which you receive when you submit the dealer inquiry form. What the program is designed to prevent is the manufacturer undercutting the distributor's margin at the account level; the channel-protection model is built on directing demand through partners, not around them.

What are typical lead times on stocking orders, and how does being a Premier Distributor change that?

Lead times for standard stocking orders depend on current production scheduling and your product mix — your representative will confirm lead times for the specific lines you are planning to stock. Premier Distributors (at $100,000 in annual purchases) receive priority production scheduling, which is a meaningful distinction when you have a time-sensitive project bid that requires a confirmed ship date as part of the award.

If I am working a compliance account or a project bid, how do I protect that account from being re-quoted by another Mastercraft® partner or by Mastercraft® directly?

Register the deal with your Mastercraft® representative. A registered deal ties the account and the project to your partnership record. Mastercraft® does not re-quote a registered deal through another channel while you are actively working it. Deal registration is the right tool for any compliance bid where spec approval and delivery are part of the award — use it early, before the bid closes.

What technical support is available to help my team close compliance-driven sales — and what does Mastercraft® provide when a customer has a warranty or service issue?

At the Premier Distributor tier, dedicated product training and technical support is a named program benefit — your team has a direct resource for spec conversations, OSHA-documentation questions, and application-matching on classified-area or abatement bids. At all tiers, Mastercraft® manufactures the equipment and stocks genuine replacement parts, which means warranty and service questions have a direct resolution path through the manufacturer. You are not managing a third-party service relationship on equipment you sold.
