Mastercraft® Limited Warranty Policy

 

Warranty Coverage Period

All Mastercraft® machines are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What This Warranty Covers

During the one-year warranty period, Mastercraft® will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the product or defective component with an equivalent model

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to cosmetic wear or consumable components.

Normal wear and tear components are covered for 90 days.

Electrical Specifications, International Use & Warranty Limitation

This product is manufactured, certified, and warranted solely for operation within the electrical specifications expressly stated on the product listing and on the motor nameplate, including:

  • Voltage
  • Phase
  • Frequency
  • Designated power-supply region

Any use outside of these specifications — including but not limited to use with transformers, converters, adapters, generators, or power sources intended for other regions or standards — constitutes misuse and voids all express and implied warranties.

No warranty coverage is provided for products used outside their designated power-specification region.

Mastercraft® expressly disclaims all liability for damage, failure, malfunction, or diminished performance resulting from improper electrical supply, international use, or non-compliant power sources.

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Use outside the listed electrical specifications or power region
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or non-approved accessories
  • Damage caused by accidents, flooding, fire, or external forces
  • Freight damage not reported at time of delivery

Failure to register may delay or limit warranty service.

Warranty Claims Process

To request warranty service, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Registered serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if requested

Mastercraft® reserves the right to inspect the equipment before approving any warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mastercraft® be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, downtime, or lost profits.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Mastercraft® and supersedes all other express or implied warranties.
