Pro Tip: Run a moisture separator or air dryer inline if your compressed air supply carries condensate — water in the air supply reduces motor head performance and can introduce moisture into dry-pick-up material. Industrial air lines without dryers are common; a $30 inline separator protects the vacuum head and the material being collected.

The Mastercraft MAV-P415B poly compressed air vacuum delivers 170 CFM of airflow and 250 inches of waterlift — performance specifications that exceed most electrically powered vacuum units — using only a compressed air supply at 90 PSI. With no electrical components, it is the right choice for environments where water, flammable vapors, or electrical classification rules out powered equipment, and where the volume of recovery requires a large-capacity unit rather than a backpack. The 12-gallon polyethylene tank is lightweight, chemical-resistant, and sized for extended operation between empties. The standard dry cloth filter is included; the unit is also compatible with optional HEPA filter kits for OSHA-compliant hazardous material recovery — making it adaptable from general industrial dry pickup to certified abatement work without replacing the machine. It depends on the machine. Wet/dry vacuum models are designed for liquid pickup in appropriate indoor conditions. Floor machines, burnishers, and scrubbers are designed for indoor use on stable, level surfaces. Unless the product documentation specifically states outdoor or wet environment suitability, do not use in rain, standing water, or on sloped outdoor surfaces.
