The Industrial Ash Vacuum Kit bundles the Mastercraft ash vacuum with the HTCR high-temperature cooled residue suction hose — the one accessory that is required for any application involving residual heat. The HTCR hose is rated for material temperatures from 40°F to 170°F, making it safe for use on ash and residue that has cooled to safe-handling temperature but still carries thermal energy that would damage standard vinyl or crushproof hoses. The ash vacuum itself delivers 2 HP, 94 CFM, and 135 inches of waterlift — the highest waterlift in the Mastercraft line — through a 3-stage filtration system that captures particles down to 10 microns. The 6-gallon steel body handles fine ash, bone fragments, flour dust, and industrial particulate in environments where polyethylene tank vacuums would degrade or create fire risk. Applications include crematoriums, commercial bakeries, restaurant pizza oven cleaning, plastics molding operations, and industrial oven maintenance. Made in Newburgh, NY. It depends on the machine. Wet/dry vacuum models are designed for liquid pickup in appropriate indoor conditions. Floor machines, burnishers, and scrubbers are designed for indoor use on stable, level surfaces. Unless the product documentation specifically states outdoor or wet environment suitability, do not use in rain, standing water, or on sloped outdoor surfaces.
